Our items are NOT reserved while in your shopping bag. Once arrived in checkout page, your items are reserved for 10 minutes. If you do not complete your purchase within 10 minutes from arriving in the checkout page, your items are released and are made available to other customers.

All the orders that you purchase from www.anatoliandesigns.com are shipped by Express Shipping without charging an extra express shipping fee.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, each order is shipped by Fedex Express and we will inform your Tracking Number immedeatly after your order is shipped.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order in 24 hours. We are not able to cancel or change your order once it is shipped. If you would like to return your order please see our return policy.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADRESS AFTER I ORDERED?
We are unable to cancel or change any part of your order including the delivery address or payment method once your order is complete.
Shipping charges will be added to your order and displayed in the total cost of your order. Shipping rates are not inclusive import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country. During ‘Free Shipping’ your order will be shipped without a shipping fee.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Within 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order without any cause. All items will be inspected upon return so you must return the products to us in perfect condition.
The products shall not have been used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with their original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. In unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you on your expense. The goods are in your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and not get damaged on the way. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges as well as return handling cost that may occur when returning the products are the customer’s responsibility. The cost of the merchandise alone will be refunded unless an error occurred on the part of the us. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. Please note that shipping, additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have had will not be refunded by us. Always make sure to receive a proof of posting from the carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL etx.) when sending your returns. During “Free Shipping”-campaigns you as a customer only pay for the return shipment – if one should occur. Please also note that the returns should only shipped via Express carrier (FedEx, Dhl etc.)
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECIEVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
Because that many of our products are fragile, we ship all the orders with insurance and take the full responsibility for the damage item.
WILL YOU REFUND MY DELIVERY CHARGE?
We will refund you the value of your merchandise but not the delivery charge.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?
Please before sending the item let us know by completing the “Return Form” and please mention which item/s you are returning and the reason for your return. Pack the items in the original packaging and your invoice in it. Use a postal service of your own choice and send the package to the address we will inform you. We strongly suggest you ship the package using a traceable service as the package is your responsibility until it has reached to us.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You cannot exchange an item that you bought.
